Décor Packages
Full-Service Event DESIGN:
From beginning to end, we will work with you to create and implement your event vision. This includes managing a budget, being able to liaise and manage any additional vendors associated with décor, and handling all aspects of delivery, setup and breakdown of all décor inventory.
Based on event needs, we will meet with you to review our various packages. You can select: Platinum Event Design, Gold, Silver, and Personalized Design Creation. Every package is tailored to you while keeping your event needs and budget in mind. We want you to sit back and enjoy your event from start to finish!
Platinum Event Design
- Finalize and confirm customized design plan.
- Unlimited phone and email support, budget planning and tracking.
- Preparation of setup and setup timeline.
- Researching, booking, schedule and attend décor vendors appointments as needed.
- Execute site design, color scheme, theme, style, oversee diagrams and floor plans.
- Site walk through and table preview.
- Verification of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.
- On-site coordination of vendors to ensure services are provided as scheduled.
- Oversee any coordination of rehearsal.**
- Supervision of venue set-up as planned.
- Collect all your personal items from reception if applicable.
- Handle all rental returns and site breakdown.
Gold Event Design
- Finalize and confirm customized design plan.

- Execute site design, color scheme, theme, style, oversee diagrams and floor plans.
- Site walk through and table preview.
Silver Package – Setup Only
- Finalize rentals and client design plan.
- Execute day of setup.
- Handle all rental returns the day after.
Day of Coordination Package
- Verification of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.
- On-site coordination of vendors to ensure services are provided as scheduled.
- Oversee any coordination of rehearsal.**
- Supervision of venue set-up as planned.
- Collect all your personal items from reception if applicable.
- Handle all rental returns and site breakdown.
- Coordination for the day of the event is available as an Add-On Service Only.
Personalized Design Creation
- Creating a design using selected rental items to create event package.
- Contact vendors to discuss requirements need to execute event design.
- Follow up consultation to review and revise customized design plan as needed.
All designs are exclusive to Long Island Tent Design & Décor. If you choose to purchase our design package, we will apply the fee to your service package selected.
If you choose not to move forward with Long Island Tent Design & Décor, you forfeit your design fee.
Design Consultation fee is required to move forward with Long Island Tent Design & Décor.
